Hi, I’m Claire, an HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist (MA), working with students and young adults. I offer a gentle, relational, and trauma-informed space to explore what’s going on for you at your own pace.
If you’re thinking about therapy, you might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, or unsure how to make sense of things. University life can bring pressures around workload, relationships, identity, and the future.
Art psychotherapy uses creative processes to help make sense of thoughts and feelings, especially when words feel hard to find. No art experience is needed.
If you’re considering therapy, I offer a welcoming and confidential space to begin.
Relationships and attachment patterns, Anxiety and stress, Low mood and depression, Academic pressure and burnout, Life transitions, Identity and self-esteem, Loneliness and sense of belonging, Neurodivergence (e.g. ADHD, autism), Trauma Emotional regulation, Grief and loss.
